One connected system. Total operational control.

Turning operational complexity into connected control.

It starts with the spine.

At the centre of MOS World are three core systems: mos | NEXIS, mos | Horizon and mos | AR. They connect intelligence, planning and execution into a single operational framework. Together, they form the digital Management Operating System, built on the five pillars we work to.

The Intelligence Layer

mos | NEXIS is the integrator at the centre of MOS World. It connects a site’s many systems into one place, one login and one source of truth. When something happens in one system, NEXIS makes every other relevant system aware of it.

Where your site already has systems in place, NEXIS is backwards compatible. Close an action in mos | AR and NEXIS closes the same action in your existing database. No double handling, no gaps in the record.

Most sites install NEXIS as the data collector and the central point the other apps report into. That is the standard install. If you want it to carry the full digital Management Operating System as well, it will, but only if you ask for that. Without it, you have tools. With it, you have a system.

The Planning Spine

mos | Horizon is the planning spine of MOS World. A single planning surface from Weekly through Daily Lock-In and Shift, with live Short Interval Control and real-time visibility across the operation.

Connected through mos | NEXIS, BreakIn approvals, project tasks and RCA-driven re-plans all land in mos | Horizon as first-class plan items. The plan and the execution are never in separate worlds.

mos | AR

The Operating Heart

mos | AR is where the operation actually runs. Every action raised at site lives here: meeting outputs, RCA findings, project deliverables, change control actions and safety alert escalations.

Connected through mos | NEXIS, every product in the suite writes its actions into mos | AR, so one ref, one owner and one audit chain follow the work from raise to close.

Four lines. One picture.

For mining operations, MOS World extends from that core in four directions. Every tool in each line is designed to write its data back into the same operational picture: into mos | Horizon, into mos | AR, through mos | NEXIS. Nothing lives in isolation.

Built on real reviews

NEXIS exists because an audit said it should. We reviewed a Glencore underground operation and found it held together by spreadsheets, whiteboards and memory. That site already ran Coal Action for its actions, so it took BlockBuilder first, with Official and PanelPlanner to follow. NEXIS itself is production ready and awaiting its first installation.

Production

mos | BlockBuilder

In production

One live board the whole crew runs the longwall retreat on, tracking chainage, face creep against your own TARP, and wear by the tonnes you have cut.

The BlockBuilder longwall board

The PanelPlanner sequence canvas

mos | PanelPlanner

Demonstration build

One live picture of every development panel, showing the headings, the cut throughs and where the face actually is, from first cut to handover.

mos | Official

In production

The underground deputy records the whole shift on one device at the face, codes every delay as it happens, and the superintendent signs off one clean record before anyone surfaces.

The Official deputy home screen

The CutSync constraint dashboard

mos | CutSync

Early access

Shows which of the eleven physical limits on a longwall cycle is holding the shearer back right now, and what that limit is costing you in tonnes.

mos | MinePlan OC

In build

Runs the open cut morning meeting on one screen, with a live satellite map of your own pit, equipment pins coloured by status, and the agreed plan locked into a shareable record.

The LWMove move dashboard

mos | LWMove

Demonstration build

Runs the whole longwall move off one board, take off and install together, and projects when first coal comes back and when the gear is free of the pit.

Safety

mos | BreakIn

In production

Permit style control of unplanned work: raised on a tablet at the face, approved from a dashboard, with the safety record attached.

Lock AI detection with the verdict ladder

mos | Lock

Coming soon

Tablet based proof that a high voltage isolation matches the permit, with AI detection run over the substation photos and a four step verdict ladder.

mos | TailingsSafe

Concept

Built to roll every tailings dam instrument reading into a single honest status colour, with a named owner on every trigger.

The TailingsSafe TARP view

The Overwatch gas model overview

mos | Overwatch

Concept

Watches gas over both the statutory trip system and the confirming layer, forecasts, cross validates and learns the panel. Built on a representative Bowen Basin longwall.

Engineering and change

mos | MOC

Demonstration build

One gated workflow for every change to plant, process or procedure, ending in an inspector ready pack.

The MOC emergency change workflow

The Project knowledge base

mos | Project

Demonstration build

One project tool for the five day pump change and the month long shutdown, with statutory sign off built into every job.

mos | Compliance Tracker

Demonstration build

Every department works its statutory checks on screen each shift, rolling up the legal chain to one site dashboard.

The compliance verification pack

The Maintain strategy builder

mos | Maintain

Concept

Cuts the duplicate tasks out of your maintenance strategy and lets your own plain English rules raise a work order before an asset fails.

Built to work together. Designed to work alone.

One system, as many parts as you need. Every tool is built to connect, but you choose where to start. Add one capability or the whole suite and it works as part of the same picture from day one.
